Tips
- No special recipes are needed for the Omnia. You can use your own favorite recipe, or try something from the recipes here on the website. Four recipes are included in the Omnia® package.
- All types of gratin turn out well in the Omnia. A lot of people even think that potato gratin tastes better in the Omnia® than in the regular oven. This also applies to preprepared gratin. Many people appreciate heating bake-off bread, such as mini baguettes and croissants for breakfast. It is especially simple and easy with Omnia® oven rack.
- The Omnia® dish must always be well greased and when baking, it should also be floured . Bake on a low heat and expect it to take the same amount of time as in a regular oven. Keep in mind that the heat can vary between different stoves. The first time you use your Omnia, try a simple recipe, such as an easy sponge cake to learn how to judge how the heat works on your stove.
- Fill the Omnia® dish halfway when bread, cakes and other things that rise are being prepared. Food that does not rise can be filled a little more, but leave at least 2.5 cm from the top of the dish. If the Omnia® dish is too full, the bottom may get burnt before the top is ready.
