Shipping
- All orders, except for the USA, are sent from Sweden.
- Orders placed are processed and shipped within 1–2 working days. Delivery takes 2-7 days depending on destination.
- Shipping costs are not refunded for any returns.
- Our shipping partner’s terms and conditions may apply.
Returns and Refunds
- We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase.
- All returns must be notified in advance to customerservice@omnaisweden.com
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For returns exceeding a value of €75, we recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We are not responsible for lost returns.
- Refunds are processed through Stripe once the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
- Products will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged, and this information must be provided in advance with the pre-notified complaint.
- Refunds for original shipping charges are not provided unless there is a fault with the item.
